Integrate Authorize.net and WarrantyHub
Learn how to link your Authorize.net account with the WarrantyHub platform. You will need to generate 3 types of keys and add them to your WarrantyHub account dashboard.
Permission required: Users with the Settings permission can access this feature. The 3 keys you will need to generate in your Authorize.net account are:
- Public client key
- API transaction key
- API signature key
Step 1: Generate a public client key
- Login to your Authorize.net account.
- Select the Account tab in the top menu.
- Select the Manage Public Client Key option.
- Note: If you already have an active Client Key, it will be shown towards the top of the screen.
- Follow the instructions on screen to generate a new Client Key.
- Save the Client Key so you can access it for step 3.
Step 2: Generate your API transaction key and API signature key
- In your Authorize.net account, select the Account tab in the top menu.
- Select the API Credentials & Keys option.
- Select the Obtain: New Transaction Key and New Signature Key bubbles.
- Select the Submit button.
- Save the keys for the next step.
Step 3: Add the Authorize.net keys to WarrantyHub
- Log into your WarrantyHub account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Misc Settings.
- Paste each key in its corresponding box.
- Save your changes at the bottom of the screen.
Congratulations, your accounts are now connected!
