Create a contract or warranty

Create a warranty in the dashboard

  1. Go to Contracts in the dashboard.

  2. Select + Add Contract in the top right corner.

  3. Choose Group

    • Select a Policy Group

    • Note: Policy Groups are containers for organizing and managing policies.

  4. Choose your Policy

    • Select an option: Normal Pricing or Affiliate Pricing.

    • Select Policy and click Next.

  5. Choose Options

    • Select Optional Coverage, not required, click Next.

  6. Owner Contract Info

    • Fill in all the required owner contact information.

    • Click Next.

  7. Property

    • Enter the address details associated with the warranty.

    • Click Next.


  1. Contract Details

    • Choose type of contract, ex: Closing or Direct.

    • Select pricing and payment type.

    • Note: If type is Direct skip to step 10.

    • Update the paying party, ordering party, go active date, and property closing date.

    • Click Next.

  2. Affiliates

    • If there are other parties involved in the contract, like agents or inspectors, add their information.

    • Click Next.

  3. Summary

    • Make sure to review all entered details to ensure they are accurate and complete.

    • Click Create Warranty to create a contract.
