Create a contract or warranty

Create a contract in the dashboard

  1. Go to Contracts in the dashboard.

  2. Select + Add Contract in the top right corner.

  3. Property

    • Enter the address associated with the contract.

      • Note: Be sure to select the address from the Google Places dropdown (see the screenshot below).

        • This step ensures you can assign a service technician within the service radius.

    • Click Next.



      4. Choose Group and Policy

    • Select a Policy Group and Next.

      • Note: Policy Groups are containers for organizing and managing policies.

    • Choose your Policy

      • Select pricing: Normal Pricing or Affiliate Pricing and select Next.

      5. Choose Options 

    • Select Optional Coverage, not required, click Next.

      6. Order Details

    • Select contract type of Closing or Direct

    • Enter pricing details

      • Yearly or Monthly payment schedule

      • Payment type

      • Adjust Pricing

      • Coverage Period Qty - is the contract for a single coverage period of a multi-year purchase.

      • Notes

    • Select Next.

      7. Owner Contract Info

    • Fill in all the required owner contact information.

    • Click Next.

      9. Affiliates

            Note: if you choose a Direct contract type, the Affiliate section will not be displayed.
    • If there are other parties involved in the contract, like agents or inspectors, add their information.

    • Select a referred by affiliate. This is who gets credit for the sale of the contract.

    • Click Next.

      10. Summary

    • Make sure to review all entered details to ensure they are accurate and complete.

    • Click Create Warranty.
