Merge duplicate affiliate profiles
Let's be honest, duplicates happen. Duplicates can occur for various reasons; such as affiliates creating contracts without all the necessary information, or entering incorrect email addresses. Don't worry, we have a solution!
Merge duplicate affiliate profiles
- Go to Affiliates and choose the duplicate affiliate to merge into a primary affiliate.
- On the Affiliate overview page, find the Affiliate panel on the far right of the screen.
- Within the Affiliate actions section, click on the Admin gear icon.
- Choose Merge Affiliate.
- From the dropdown menu labeled Affiliate Type, select the appropriate affiliate type.
- Search for the primary profile you want to merge the affiliate with and click Save.
- A confirmation pop-up will display an overview of the merging action.
- Select Change Ownership to finalize the task.
