Add a policy welcome packet
Providing a comprehensive welcome packet is crucial for client engagement and clarity in warranty services. This guide on ‘Adding or Updating a Welcome Packet’ in WarrantyHub ensures you have the necessary know-how to upload the latest information packs for your clients. Follow these simple steps to keep your welcome packets up-to-date, delivering essential policy details effectively.
- Go to Settings and select Policies to proceed to the list of your policy groups.
- Select the Policy Group for which you want to create or edit a welcome packet.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the policy name.
Access the Welcome Packet
In the policy details, select Change Welcome Packet to update your current packet or Add Welcome Packet to upload a new document.
Use the file browser to select the .pdf or .doc file you want to upload from your computer or phone.
Upload and Save
- Once you have selected the appropriate welcome packet document, confirm the upload.
- Save your changes to ensure the new welcome packet is attached to the policy group.
You’ve successfully navigated through the process of adding or updating your welcome packet on WarrantyHub. Your clients will now receive the most current information, ensuring they start their journey with all the details they need.
